The main challenge was streamlining the process for validators to join the network and offer a pay-with-crypto payment service that aligned with the needs of infrastructure providers.
Solution

The program includes detailed procedures for configuring the Google Cloud organisation resource hierarchy, managing billing, setting IAM policies, and handling monthly invoices while following Google Cloud’s best practices and security standards.
Results
As a result of our efforts, the L1 onboarded multiple partners, including a main validator that covers 3% of the network’s Google Cloud spend and reduced activation time for new affiliates to an average of a 5-day maximum. This L1 is now prepared to scale to more than 50 affiliates as soon as more clients are ready for onboarding.
